They said I would need to wait 7 to 10 business days for a new card, potentially longer due to the holiday season. I expressed my urgent need for the groceries I was trying to purchase, but they offered no solutions. This experience left me feeling embarrassed and frustrated. I wouldn't recommend giving this to loved ones, as they could end up in a similar situation.
