Review Time
Having been extremely anxious, as really did not know what to expect, as totally out of my comfort zone, though right up my nieces street it was AMAZING. On arrival you were made to feel comfortable and as soon as I had my hair and make up done, which my brief was do whatever you like, I felt like a million dollars, and not the frumpy menopausal women who first arrived. My niece knew what she wanted and they were amazing with her. All the team are so professional and our photographer Danny was superb. He certainly knows how to make someone feel relaxed and at ease in front of the camera. Then after a glass of bubbles we reviewed the images and what a selection but had a helping hand. One had to be ruthless and we were thrilled with the 17 we took away.The next day my hair was still slightly styled and wrongly or rightly i still had some of the eye make up left on, and boy did i get comments as i never wear make up for work, so maybe i will start.My niece loved it and having been told maybe she should consider modelling, i am leaving it to her to discuss with her mother.Thank you so much for a wonderful day it was great fun. And, Tai for drawing me into the experience at Salon Privee at Blenheim in the Summer.
I went for some headshots for my LinkedIn Profile/Professional Bio. I was feeling tired and ragged and did not expect to see that many good photos! The whole experience was good though. I received a warm welcome when I arrived. The make up artist and hairdresser both did a good job and were quick, friendly and efficient. The photographer made me feel very much at ease. The photos at the end were incredible. I'm getting on a bit but the lighting made me look great! In the end there were too many good shots to chose from. I was very satisfied with the end product. It is expensive and they are very good at the upsell! But I got what I came for.
Really great studio, friendly, professional staff and photographer. Very happy with results. Though I was waiting most of my time there, it said it would take about three hours, but I was there for 5.5 hours which was crazy so they should try to schedule it better.
Everyone at Vanity Studio was friendly and encouraging- I knew I picked the right place for my headshots when I walked through the door. My photographer was Bernardo and he made it such a fun and relaxing experience. He gave clear easy directions so I never felt lost in what to do especially since it was my first headshot experience. He made it very enjoyable and the pictures were of the highest quality. Angie was my picture consultant and she was invaluable in choosing the right headshots and picking out key differences between them and what emotions they were translating as. She told me she had experience in the fashion industry and her expertise showed this. 10/10 expertise will definitely return for my next set of headshots.
