Positives ; I liked my photographer Matteo and Angie who helped me choose my photos.Negatives ; Unfortunately I didn't feel the nice welcoming energy when I arrived, there was no eye contact or hardly any smile. I sat for 40 minutes without anyone telling me what to expect so I had to ask. I took my nail varnish off at home thinking I'd get something nicer but there wasn't much to choose from and it definitely felt awkwardly rushed with 1 coat only, when I mentioned some of my previous nail varnish hadn't come off so it looked lumpy, I just felt uncomfortable as I was told we won't see them in the photo anyway. I felt my hair was rushed and again no conversation at all, just awkward vibes. I would have loved a 5 minute discussion about what could work well but I was asked if I had a photo that she could copy. Maybe my expectations were a bit higher but I remember a previous Photoshoot in Oxford street was a real pampering and fun experience that made me feel good, unfortunately here I just felt like a rush job with not much excitement. For me it was a big deal and quite nerve wracking as the Photoshoot was for my new business website which is about to be promoted across London. I wasn't asked which shades I would have preferred on my make up, I just kept being told to keep my eyes and lips closed! In choosing the photos I felt a bit rushed and actually regret purchasing the additional ones. I would have wanted a better experience, but at least I have a few decent photos.
From start to finish, as a family we had a great experience. The hair and makeup was excellent and exactly as we wanted it. Bernardo the photographer made us all feel relaxed and the kids absolutely enjoyed their first photoshoot experience. Would definitely recommend him.Angie the viewing consultant was great and explained everything very well without being pushy which we really liked. The whole process of the photoshoot was a great experience. The makeup and hair stylists were lovely and were able to made us look and feel nice! Ralph, our photographer, took such a good portfolio of photos to choose from and Siobhan, the consultant, was super helpful and efficient! Overall, a really good experience for me and my partner and I would recommend it. The photos taken are super high quality too !
Fun and professional photography experience. Great day out with a friend, getting hair and makeup done before taking photos. Photographer was knowledgeable and professional, giving good direction and creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
The service was top notch; the stylists were both great at their jobs and super friendly and personable, making the experience pleasant and relaxed. Our photographer was oozing with excitement and enthusiasm, and was an expert at directing us into the proper positions. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we both walked out feeling exceptionally happy with what we got from the experience.
