On the plus side, the customer service was responsive and helpful regarding eco-friendliness, but I was disappointed by the vague labeling of 'natural flavorings.' I received a full refund without needing to return the product, which I appreciated. I gifted the leftover powder to avoid waste. I deducted two stars due to the potential composting issue, my adverse reaction, and the lack of ingredient transparency. The remaining three stars are for its eco-friendly aspects, pleasant taste, and great customer service.
