A very welcoming place and put you at ease straight away. The lady who did my hair, makeup and nails was very friendly and chatty. The photographer was great. Told you exactly what to do to get the perfect shot and made it a fun experience. The lady who went through the photographs after the shoot helped me choose what photos to pic without it feeling like a heavy sales pitch. And came at it from a fashion photography perspective. Would recommend to everyone.
It was a birthday treat for me and my sister. The receptionist and make-up ladies were proficient and friendly. However, the photographer's manner made it very clear that it was a chore to take my pictures, being a plain overweight pensioner compared to my sister. I do not like having my photo being taken but needed a professional portrait and it took a lot of courage to go. He loved my sister's outfits and dismissed mine. Whilst he obviously enjoyed and expressed how good the shots were with my sister, the best he could say to me was, no reflection from my spectacles or got the lighting right on my skin. I was close to tears and even my sister was surprised that I did not walk out as he made feel so bad. My sister's photos were stunning.
I had a great experience when I had photoshot recently at the vanity studio. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. The photographer was so patient (I changed 4 times) and gave a lot of time at taking a perfect shot. I will be attending again.
This was my first experience doing a professional photo shoot, and the Vanity team made it fun and relaxing with great quality photos. The hair and makeup session with Gian Lucas was perfect to build confidence before the shoot. Danny, the photographer, helped me relax and better pose for the photos. I booked a photoshoot for myself and my mother as a birthday present and we both had a great experience! The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. We were offered drinks while we waited and had our hair and make up done by their wonderful artists. The photographer was very helpful and guided us throughout the shoot. I was somewhat taken aback when I found out the cost of purchasing any additional photographs after the shoot. We each could choose one photo that was included in the price of the shoot but I ended up spending a few hundred pounds for a total of 14 photographs. Overall a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone hoping to create a professional portfolio or anyone wanting to experience a real photoshoot, just be prepared for the price and that you may only be taking home your favourite pic!
