Couldn't be more happy with the service provided, got super fast replies from the team at VanOne and everything felt very professional and organized.The driver Krzysztof was very helpful and kind, he spoke a bit of English but when we struggled we used Google translate so all was fine. The communication with his manager was immaculate - I recieved a phonecall to let me know where the van was the day after pickup and the estimated time frame according to that. When I missed the call on the day before the delivery I got a text message confirming the location of the van and the correct time for delivery. Van picked up my things at 4pm Thursday in Stockholm, Sweden and arrived near Cambridge, UK at 9am Sunday morning. Nothing broken and all still packed the same way as when he left. Nothing but good things to say about this service!
