We relocated from the UK to the Netherlands. The paperwork was clearcut and straightforward. We ended up ordering a 15m3 van to be sure we could specify a pick up time and, crucially, a delivery time as we weren't getting the keys to our flat until 2 days after pick up. Communication was clear with VanOne. Our driver showed up on time and was very efficient in packing. When they showed up at our new flat they were again punctual and efficient and helped us cram our mattress up those notoriously steep and narrow Dutch staircases!Our things arrived in one piece (our only casualty was one wine glass). We had purchased our own furniture blankets and opted to wrap our soft furnishings in plastic to protect them, which I'd recommend regardless to keep things clean. All in all a good experience!
