I had bought a used vanlife e-bike. I wanted to configure the app to pair with the e-bike but it kept asking me for a frame number and when I entered the serial number on the frame it stated "vehicle not found".I contacted the support on the website through the chat feature. I was able to go back and forth with the support agent (over a span of 2 days as they were in a different time zone) explaining the issue. I explained where and who I purchased the e-bike from used ,as they first wanted an order Id. Then they asked for pictures of the bike and serial. I showed the screenshots of the error in the app. They finally resolved the issue by asking for the picture of the qr pairing screen on the bike console and had their software team update the back end. Finally I could pair my new "used" e-bike with the vanlife app! It's a great product and the support is excellent. The e-bike is a grand teton pro and it is packed with great features, it's a fun ride and I am really happy with the product!
