Refused to update shipping details

I ordered shoes online for a special drop. The website was glitchy, and they didn't handle it well by creating a queue or limiting purchases. After struggling for an hour, I finally checked out with the correct information, but the confirmation email showed my shipping address was incorrect, sending my shoes to an old address from five years ago. The support team said they could only request a return and refund. I asked them to contact the shipping company to change the address, but they refused. I'm done with this company and won't buy from them again.
