Disappointing Delivery Experience

I ordered cow pattern sneakers that my son was excited about for Christmas, and the website indicated they would arrive by 12/22 if placed within a certain timeframe. Now it's 12/23, and they haven't even been shipped. When I tried to call, I could only reach an automated system. I was informed that these are custom items that require 3-5 weeks for shipping, and unfortunately, I can't cancel the order or return them either.

Disappointing First Experience with Online Shoe Order

This was my initial experience ordering shoes from the website, and sadly, it turned out to be extremely disappointing. None of the shoes I purchased fit, so I returned them on 11/26/25. As of 12/17/25, the return still hasn’t been processed and my $190 refund hasn’t been issued. This is the worst return experience I’ve ever encountered. For reference, I recently ordered shoes from another company and received my refund promptly after returning them. The lack of communication and the delay from the seller is unacceptable. Due to this experience, I will not be ordering from this seller again, and I will make sure to inform my friends and family about it.

Delivery problems with my order

I ordered two pairs of shoes during a sale, but the delivery service failed to deliver them to the pickup point without explanation. The parcel was returned to the seller. When I sought redelivery, I was told it wasn't an option. Now, I have to request a refund, which takes 7-10 days, and repurchase the shoes. I don't understand why redelivery wasn't available. It’s been a total waste of time and money, and I won’t use this service again.

Refused to update shipping details

I ordered shoes online for a special drop. The website was glitchy, and they didn't handle it well by creating a queue or limiting purchases. After struggling for an hour, I finally checked out with the correct information, but the confirmation email showed my shipping address was incorrect, sending my shoes to an old address from five years ago. The support team said they could only request a return and refund. I asked them to contact the shipping company to change the address, but they refused. I'm done with this company and won't buy from them again.

Poor delivery and resolution experience

The company has seriously declined

This company has really declined! They offered K-pop shoes for sale, but scalpers bought them all up, crashing the website. I had two pairs in my cart but couldn't complete the checkout process. The site just kept spinning. It seems they allowed scammers to take over so they could resell the shoes for a profit. What a disappointment. I will not support this company anymore, and I’ll be sharing my experience on social media.

Not adhering to delivery responsibilities

I placed an order online on November 28th, and received an email from the shipping company saying my package was ready for pickup. However, when I went to collect it, they had no record of it. I called the shipping service and they had no idea where it was. I reached out to the seller, who provided the same information. I requested a refund, but they said it wasn’t possible and that I needed to wait for an investigation. They should be aware of EU laws stating that the seller is responsible for delivery. Refund denied and no information provided. I'm considering reporting this to the authorities.

Refund issues with returned order

What has happened to this company? Their service has deteriorated so much that it feels risky to order anything. I returned an order received on November 8th, but as of the 26th, I've yet to see a refund. Their support claims it was processed, but my bank has no record of it. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Additionally, I have another order partially delivered, adding to the confusion. It's disappointing to see such a well-known brand fall into disarray.

Disappointing experience with athletic shoes

This was my first time buying athletic shoes, and it will be my last from this company. I’ve always worn their skate shoes, but this last pair has been a letdown. I bought a pair and after just three wears, the material started tearing. Customer service took a week to respond, only to offer a small discount on my next purchase and deny my claim, citing wear and tear. The shoes are practically new, and I expected better quality. I won't be buying from them again.
