I ordered two pairs of shoes during a sale, but the delivery service failed to deliver to the pickup location without explanation. The parcel was returned to the seller. When I contacted them for redelivery, I was told it wasn't possible and that I had to request a refund and wait 7-10 days to get my money back before repurchasing. I couldn't understand why redelivery wasn't an option. It’s been a complete waste of time and money. I won’t be using this service again.
