Refund issues with returned order

What has happened to this company? Their service has deteriorated so much that it feels risky to order anything. I returned an order received on November 8th, but as of the 26th, I've yet to see a refund. Their support claims it was processed, but my bank has no record of it. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Additionally, I have another order partially delivered, adding to the confusion. It's disappointing to see such a well-known brand fall into disarray.
