I ordered two pairs of shoes during a sale, but the delivery service failed to deliver them to the pickup point without explanation. The parcel was returned to the seller. When I sought redelivery, I was told it wasn't an option. Now, I have to request a refund, which takes 7-10 days, and repurchase the shoes. I don't understand why redelivery wasn't available. It’s been a total waste of time and money, and I won’t use this service again.
