Disappointing First Experience with Online Shoe Order

This was my initial experience ordering shoes from the website, and sadly, it turned out to be extremely disappointing. None of the shoes I purchased fit, so I returned them on 11/26/25. As of 12/17/25, the return still hasn’t been processed and my $190 refund hasn’t been issued. This is the worst return experience I’ve ever encountered. For reference, I recently ordered shoes from another company and received my refund promptly after returning them. The lack of communication and the delay from the seller is unacceptable. Due to this experience, I will not be ordering from this seller again, and I will make sure to inform my friends and family about it.
