I ordered a tote that was supposed to be made from quilted fabric. The look on their website seemed reliable, but what I received was a preprinted pattern on quilted material. It was not handmade or artistic! I paid almost $50, which feels excessive for something worth maybe $20. I expected a fun tote for my 93-year-old mom, but instead received a basic preprinted tote that could be found at a local store. What a disappointment!
