First, I want to be fair about my review. It took 18 days for it to be delivered which isn't that much of a big deal to me so you be the judge. I was surprised that it wasn't as "Quilty" as I expected. Making it more of a thin cover than a quilt. I'm using it as a couch cover for my wiener dogs. They are comfy on it and that's good enough for me. The size was right and the colors were close. Some people might have a problem with some variations. I'm not as anal as many people so I may buy two more for my loveseats. My only wish is that they were made in America.

Horrible!!! I should have read reviews before purchasing!!! What they advertised and what was received are two completely different items and they refuse to acknowledge this. DO NOT ORDER FROM VANTIQUE!!!!

I am not happy with the quality of this product. The reviews I read on their site praised the quilt,

I am not happy with the quality of this product. The reviews I read on their site praised the quilt, but the reviews I went looking for now say what a bad product this is. I want to return it but because it is not damaged they refuse to take it back. It looks like a blurry photograph and it is clearly mass produced. I could have bought a better quality product at WalMart at half the price.

Extremely dissatisfied with the product and service.

I was not pleased with the product as it did not match the promotion. I faced issues with the return policy, which is quite inflexible and does not prioritize customer satisfaction. After submitting the required photos, the support agent denied my request to return the unopened item. The explanations provided were that the product is custom-made and there are hygiene issues. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Misleading Products and Poor Quality

This company is misleading regarding the items it offers. A quilt shop is presented, leading you to believe you'll receive exactly what is displayed online, which is priced $20 higher than similar options elsewhere. What arrives is a low-quality screen print, completely unlike the original, featuring basic machine quilting in white thread. I am appalled and disheartened, and I have initiated a dispute with my card provider. This business needs to be held accountable!

Disappointing Quality of Quilts

I bought two quilts advertised as King size for Christmas, one named Snowy Cabin and the other Snowlight Cabin. They looked stunning in the photos, and I imagined how lovely they would be on my beds for holiday guests. However, upon receiving them, they were just flat pieces of printed fabric with some stitching. I reached out to the company, and they advised me to check the fine print, which mentioned 'PRINTED'—meaning it was merely printed on a material. This misleading description doesn't mention anything about layering or a 3-D effect. To add insult to injury, they offered me 30% off my next purchase, which I found laughable. Now, I’ll be donating these extremely thin quilts to charity. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.

Cart issue led to unexpected charge

I added items to my cart and shortly received an email stating I had purchased them, without pressing any buttons. Upon attempting to cancel the order, I found out that cancellations are only allowed within TWO HOURS of placing an order! Fortunately, I was within the time limit, but I'm skeptical about whether this will be resolved. This setup seems dishonest, as it automatically charges for items in the cart and restricts cancellation to such a short window. Buyer beware!
