I had the same experience as everyone else. The sunflower quilt looked awesome in their photo, but when it arrived, it was a cheap piece of crap. A photo printed on a single piece of fabric with topstitching only. I could not find a telephone number for them so had to communicate with them by email. They will not refund me because they only refund "defective, broken, or wrong items received". I called in the fraud department of my bank so hopefully will get y money back.
