The item was vacuum packed, so when it was opened there were folds that "bulged" and I could not get the carpet to lay flat. An email was sent to customer service and I received a response quickly with a suggested solution. I tried the solution and it worked, but not to my satisfaction. I modified the process and had immediate success. I notified customer service and received an Immediate response to. I cannot say enough about the product and the service from this company.
