False advertising

False advertising! Ordered 2 quilts. Took 30 days to arrive & charged multiple fees (compostable packaging, tip, etc.), it's a picture printed on fabric with stitching. Ridiculous! When I emailed them - no refundavailable. DO NOT !BUY
