I had planned to purchase additional quilts, but based on this experience, I will not buy from this company again.While I support global commerce, I expect honesty and transparency. This company is based in China, despite being presented as a U.S.-based business. Additionally, although the total price at checkout—including tax, shipping, insurance, and tip—was $162, I was unexpectedly charged an extra 10% ($16.20) after the fact. While the charge was eventually refunded, adding undisclosed fees post-purchase is unethical and unacceptable.
