The picture I saw when I ordered.Was nothing like the product I received. There were some beautiful greens that turned out to be a dull grayish black. None of the colors were true to these example. The backing was supposed to be burgundy, and it turned out to be gray. I sent an email asking how I go about returning it for a refund and heard back immediately. Then when I sent pictures of how bad my product was.I have not heard a word for2 days.
