Ordered a bedspread and shams. Paid extra for compostable packaging and even left a tip for the extra service. The bedspread and shams came with a 7" cut through the product as it was only packaged in a plastic bag. Now they will not refund my money unless I pay to return to China even though the website says full return for damaged products. This is two weeks of several emails an no resolution.
