Royal mail tracking states theyre waiting for the parcel. Ive tried calling multiple times, no answer and the voicemail box is full, ive emailed multiple times, ive messaged on WhatsApp. No responses at all. Im contacting my bank, the police, and trading standards. Do not buy from this company. They are scammers.
