This used to be a dependable company, but after waiting four weeks for my last order and now nearly two months for the current one, I am very frustrated. My messages have gone unanswered, and although I was promised my order would ship on a specific day, I have yet to receive anything. I've faced numerous excuses, and alarmingly, out of my last order, eight faulty items leaked hot oil everywhere, with no replacements sent. I strongly recommend avoiding this company; I am now trying to recover my £180. Consider going with a more reliable alternative that delivers promptly at similar prices.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!Do not hand over any money to this company. Do not place an order with them. I placed an order for £164 two weeks ago. Delivery stated 1-2 days and ive still not recieved it. Royal mail tracking states theyre waiting for the parcel. Ive tried calling multiple times, no answer and the voicemail box is full, ive emailed multiple times, ive messaged on WhatsApp. No responses at all. Im contacting my bank, the police, and trading standards. Do not buy from this company. They are scammers.
This is an update on a previous review, my bank has refunded my money and frozen the accounts of this company. Lo and behold they contacted me today telling me that my order is getting dispatched and can I tell the bank. Bearing in mind I repeatedly tried to contact them last week phone and email nothing ! Do not use this company total fraudsters !!!
Paid £150 plus delivery was told products where on the way even got a Royal Mail delivery email saying they’re waiting for the product to be sent to them , still not received anything at all . Emails sent , what’s app was told product are on the way , dirty thief!!!! do not use at all !!!. Basically just took my money a ran ,
First of all so as to not scare anyone, like i was after reading the reviews, this place does not appear to be a scam. I did eventually receive my order.My order was placed 19th October and arrived 30th October so not the next day delivery as advertised. I believe this shop is having stock issues and maybe to busy for the orders they are getting. Communication was spotty and it lead me to believe maybe i was being scammed after reading other reviews however the shop came through in the end and delivered before deadline i gave them before i was going to raise a dispute with my credit card company. The order i recieved had a few items with different flavours however they compensated my delay and order innacuracies with an extra box of vapes.This conpany came good in the end i will try them again. However advise everyone to contact them with there intended order ahead of purchasing to verify they have everything in stock to ensure a timely delivery.
Do not use!! I have brought from these before and didn’t realise they had turned into a scam company.I spent £194 27th October and 6 weeks later and lots of messages and emails I still have nothing. They keep messaging me promising me they will send Monday but it never comes. Absolute scamming. I believe in karma and it will be back to bite you up the arse!!!
