I contacted Vape Club late on Friday evening regarding my parcel. It was showing it had been delivered but, parcel was not there.
I checked with my neighbour, because sometimes if he sees parcels he will take them into his house & pass it on to me later. He didn't have it. There actually was another parcel missing from another company. Matteo responded 1st thing next morning & explained he would investigate where my parcel is. By the following morning he came back to me & stated a new parcel was being sent that day.
Firstly, having Matteo contact the courier on my behalf, investigate where it was etc....completely took the pressure off me as i still had to contact a different company regarding their missing parcel. Knowing how efficient Matteo is
(he has helped me a few times) i was confident he would resolve this matter, which he did. Another parcel was being sent that day & I'd have it very soon. Its such a good feeling when you know the staff are 100% reliable, they genuinely do care about their customers & they continually support us. Matteo turned a bad day into a good day & Zero stress free. Thank you again, Matteo you're a credit to the company & i appreciate you so much 💙
