The service from Vape Club is absolutely top notch. I've been ordering for a few months now. My first order, the vape kit wasn't working, contacted customer service and the problem was quickly resolved and with no quibble, a new kit was dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery is super quick, often arriving the next day. The offers and choice are excellent, and I've even had a couple of surprise freebies thrown in. One of the best experiences I've had with a company. Well done 👏👏

Ordered the new batteries about 4pm on a Tuesday they were delivered 10am the next day! So nobody can complain about that

I was dubious when I read next day delivery as it's rare to get next to delivery from royal mail these days. I had given up smoking the day before the purchase so really needed next day delivery .To my surprise it arrived on time. Thank you very much. Excellent all round service.

Recently had a lost package from Royal Mail, contacted Thomas at vape clubs customer service, replacement order sent out straight away! Absolute pleasure to deal with!!! Would 100% recommend!
Vape Club have it all, vape kits, replacement pods vape juice from various suppliers. You can also buy the juices 4 for £10 etc.
The next day delivery is great too cos if you spend £20 postage is free if you chose the royal mail option.

Customer Services. Whether it be by Email/Phone call They are always so welcoming & friendly. They are all up to date with their products. They have the skills & knowledge required to answer any question i may have (big or small) Its not what they say to me, its how its delivered to me. (With kindness & respect) & you don't feel silly asking certain things 🤭This is their job & it's obvious they really do look after their customers. It's so nice knowing that my query, question/s advice will be taken onboard & resolved in a short space of time.
