I've always reckoned you get the measure of a company when things don't go smoothly. Recently placed an order which arrived very promptly as usual, but wasn't what I'd wanted. Checked the order and the fault was mine, not theirs. I stuffed up the order finger fumbling and in too much of a hurry.Contacted customer services and they were absolutely understanding and explained how to return the incorrect product and sort it out. All done as rapidly as humanly possible and very pleasant to deal with as well. They should also get an extra star for NOT using the appalling Evri for their deliveries. Highly recommended.
