1 star is missing as I was sent the wrong batteries twice. First time I think was joint blame but not the second time. Took about a week to get going with my new mod when I thought it would be the next day, so was a bit disappointed.I still give 4 stars because their customer service is great. The lady I dealt with via email and over the phone was very helpful and polite. The products were top notch in the end and very happy. The original order though not quite right, was delivered the next day by DPD (who I think are the best courier).Would have no issues at all buying from Vapemate again.Thank You
