Made an order, Paid overnight delivery and the delivery didn't arrive. APC (the Courier company) advise the driver didn't deliver as he just finished his shift and my package would be with me the week after (paid for overnight delivery). Contacted Vapemate to ask for a refund for the 4.99 delivery cost, had no reply for days, so I message via the website's chat and was told"On infrequent occasions, Next Day Delivery can be affected by operational issues with our partners and may arrive later than planned. We cannot be held responsible for operational issues with our partner services but will operate in line with their policies in such an event." and "In line with there policy it has to be 2 working days late"
