I've been using Vapemate for years. First buying regular eliquid, then shortfills then more recently DIY eliquid. Lots of flavours, normally quick delivery, choice of delivery options, loyalty is rewarded with savings. The real test for a company is how they react when they make a mistake. I recently had an order that was messed up when I received it (several wrong items). With quick replies through email a Vapemate employee immediately accepted fault and apologised, in a human way, told me to keep the incorrect items, and she promptly arranged to send me the missing items which arrived within a couple of days.My only complaint of Vapemate is that they stopped using DPD. I love DPD because you can track them and know when they are going to deliver, and you can state on the DPD app where you want your parcel left if you are not going to be in. With the replacement, APCovernight, you have absolutely no idea when they are going to come so you can either stay in all day or take the risk and go out (obviously they always deliver during that one hour when you are out!) To those reading, there are also Royal Mail options, but I did enjoy the free courier options with DPD for orders over £50.
