After being a customer for several months, an order I made was sent to the wrong address. I contacted Vapemate and they told me it was my fault, despite my address being saved to my account. They refused to admit any blame or offer any kind of refund. I guess they thought the cost of that one order was worth more than my continued custom.The only good thing to come of it was that I have since realised that Vapemate grossly overprice some of their products and I have since found the same quality for a quarter of the price elsewhere.
