I cannot commend highly enough the support that I have received from a Vapemate Customer Services Agent named Stacey, this, in reference to an order placed on 1st May 2023. Due to a Stock Error the goods were unavailable. What was even more commendable was the fact that the order was not a practically large one @ £34.99.Within two days of placing my order I received my first email from Stacey advising that the goods were not in stock and offering me alternative vape pens (two Black ones), but as I was looking for two different colours I advised Stacey that I would wait until those were in stock.From the first email I received from Stacey (03.05.2023) until I accepted the substitute vape pens offered, I regularly receive a total of eight emails from Stacey keeping me updated regarding stock levels.Businesses today often trumpet the ethos of “Customer Service”. Vapemate, through the admirable dedication of "Agent Stacey" have shown the real meaning of Customer Services.I would respectfully suggest to the reviewers that have posted negative reviews regarding any poor Customer Services they have experienced that these agents can only assist within the remit laid out by their employers, it is not that agents business, also remember that Customer Services Agents are only human! The work of a Customer Services agent is not always nice, or easy. I speak from experience having worked 10 years part time before I retired for the mobile phone company Orange. Every day I would thank God that I only had to put up with rude callers for four hours and not the twelve hours my colleagues worked.
