Ordered item and received a tracking number immediately but the parcel was not actually shipped. For 8 days the tracking showed waiting for handover to carrier while support kept insisting the courier already had it and told me to be patient.Tracking later updated and confirmed it was only handed to the depot after those 8 days, meaning the delay was at their warehouse the entire time. Instead of giving a clear answer they kept sending copy paste explanations about how couriers work.Very poor communication and misleading information. Would not order again. Avoid
