Review Time
First time i ordered - came fast and good quality items but secound time i ordered it took 3 days for a label to be created? and now its stuck on label created for 4 days already, will probably be stuck for more days. Support keeps pasting the same answers that don't help. The order will probably come but delivery is soo slow, the fast delivery saying is a lie. Putting 2 stars only because the first order was smooth.
Ordered item and received a tracking number immediately but the parcel was not actually shipped. For 8 days the tracking showed waiting for handover to carrier while support kept insisting the courier already had it and told me to be patient.Tracking later updated and confirmed it was only handed to the depot after those 8 days, meaning the delay was at their warehouse the entire time. Instead of giving a clear answer they kept sending copy paste explanations about how couriers work.Very poor communication and misleading information. Would not order again. Avoid

The situation looks like this: I ordered twice before and everything went smoothly — I received an email confirmation about the shipment and, most importantly, either the same day or the next day I got a notification from GLS saying they had my parcel.This time I ordered on 29.01. Three days later, on 03.02, the electronic shipping label was created, and as of 05.02 the status is still only “label created.” I contacted GLS support, but they confirmed that they do not physically have the parcel.So the question is: did vapesale24.store not send the parcel, or did the courier lose it? This is a crazy situation — over 80 euros that may not be recoverable. Customer service claims that the warehouse sent the parcel and responds with statements like: “We are not a courier company, we have no influence over this.”So who actually has influence over the parcel? On the courier’s website it clearly states that the sender can file a claim and request a refund for a lost parcel. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a situation and I am very upset.People should be careful, because I no longer trust them, especially since they do not want to resolve a problem that lies on their side. I would understand if the parcel had at least one initial scan by the courier, but the courier has never physically received it and is waiting for the parcel to be handed over.This clearly means that vapesale either made a mistake or did not send the parcel at all. Of course, I — as the customer — am the one losing over 80 euros and a lot of nerves because of this situation.1. Wow, just.. wow. Though the shop doesn't have the pods for my Crystal Bar Plus, I thought I'd give Vozol Vista plug and Jolt a shot through them. Price was VERY good, especially Jolt! I expected it to take long, took just over a week. Despite Jolt not being for me, it was totally worth a shot due to how crazy good their prices are and the Vozol Vista Plug they delivered? Amazing. Decided to try them as a shot in the dark after the shop I used to order from disappeared and I will absolutely be ordering more often, my next one is lined up already!! 5 stars, 6 if I could. Just hope that they'll have more Vozol Vista plug flavors at some point, maybe the pods for Crystal Bar plus, but genuinely. Their customer service responded within 5 minutes.. and even if they they don't have all the flavors I favor, I still absolutely am a massive fan of this shop!
Honest ReviewEverything started off well — I placed an order thinking the kit included a battery, but I made a mistake by not asking first. The product page didn’t clearly say it came without one, so I assumed it did. Once I realized, we cancelled the full payment and they kindly gave me a coupon code to reorder what I needed.Unfortunately, the coupon didn’t work for the full amount due to a technical issue, so I ended up getting my money refunded within 2 days (minus €5 bank refund fees). It’s all documented on their website, and I admit I probably drove them a bit crazy with my questions 😅Lesson learned: next time I’ll take my time and double-check before ordering. But overall, they’re good people — responsive, fair, and helpful throughout the process.i will order with them ones more :D
