Absolutelely horrible customer service. Bulgaria was missing from the available countries when adding an address, however it was there in the websites shipping information. The customer service person didn't care, resolved the conversation 3 times, without explaining anything. In the end "it is not in my competence". Absolutely rude and terrible experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE
