I received a package of vapes with the expiration date labels completely removed. Since it’s my own brand, I can immediately taste that the vapes are no longer good. Despite this, the seller insists that the products are fine and ignores the fact that the labels were removed, even though I have photos proving it.They also make it very clear that no shipping costs will be refunded “because the dates are fine.” That’s impossible to verify when the labels have been taken off. On top of that, the law clearly states that consumers are entitled to a full refund, including all costs.It’s also suspicious how often they repeat that the packaging must be in perfect condition for a return. That already tells me they’ll probably refund only a small portion, claiming the packaging isn’t good enough.Fortunately, I can let it go since it’s only €64, but this is truly poor service and bad business. I cannot recommend this seller.
