I received a package of vapes with the expiration date labels completely removed. Since it’s my own brand, I can immediately taste that the vapes are no longer good. Despite this, the seller insists that the products are fine and ignores the fact that the labels were removed, even though I have photos proving it.
They also make it very clear that no shipping costs will be refunded “because the dates are fine.” That’s impossible to verify when the labels have been taken off. On top of that, the law clearly states that consumers are entitled to a full refund, including all costs.
It’s also suspicious how often they repeat that the packaging must be in perfect condition for a return. That already tells me they’ll probably refund only a small portion, claiming the packaging isn’t good enough.
Fortunately, I can let it go since it’s only €64, but this is truly poor service and bad business. I cannot recommend this seller.
I order here very often. The last order the payment sysyem didn't worked.Contact them on they're whatsapp and they helped my out. My order must been shipped to Spain and we live there 'on the campo' Very often the pakkage's don't arrive or take a long time. They shipped with UPS and that was great. They contacted me by whatsapp that the driver loaded the pakkage and asked me where I wanted it, at home or a pickuppoint. Few ours later the driver send me an app that is was dropped at the pickup point I wanted.The hole process from shop to my pickup point only took 4 days.I will order again !Jos

Fast delivery. Great company – happy to order again. The service was excellent and everything worked perfectly. All products were well packaged, and there’s always a little extra included, which is a really nice touch. Highly recommended!
