I placed an order on October 16th, expecting delivery within 3 to 5 working days. I contacted them via WhatsApp and email on October 28th for an update. Initially, I received a reply on WhatsApp stating they would investigate, but since then, I've sent multiple messages and emails with no response. I feel scammed and will be reporting this as a case of fraud and theft. Please avoid using their services for any products!
