The communication with the customer service is very poor, I have paid for 1-2 days delivery and it is already a week time I am waiting for the delivery and still not received my order. Tried to contact the customer service multiple time and their answer was very limited and not explaining the reasons and actions to be taken, tried the chat option on their website and also nobody responded. Next escalation I will be trying is the communication to CEO as they do not leave me any other options.
