Have ordered repeatedly from them without issue - Last order, nothing JUST EXCUSES.

Issued a claim in the County Court, they did not respond, so now have judgement and will pass to bailiffs for enforcement - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

MONEY LOST

Im a repeat customer who placed a £300 order in December. Slow responses with every changing reasons why its still not been sent 8 weeks later! Demanded a refund and ignored. Worst treatment you could ever recieve after being a loyal customer.Next step is a small court claim im afraid! No options left.DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Poor service from stat to finish

Rang to say they had ran out of every flavour of the vape ordered but they had something similar they could replace it with, got the order today and there nothing alike, battery life half of what the others do. And flavours different. Don’t get why there advertising something they don’t have.

I ordered vapes on the 12th of February…

I ordered vapes on the 12th of February despite paying for next day delivery and trying many numbers amd emails to get hold of them 5 days later, they saying they have a problem with the payment system but go ahead and place and over £200 order, they told me my money would be back into my account within hours of canceling it ! 4 days we are on NO VAPES AND NO REFUND! and imagine have to wait 15 days to raise a dispute with my bank which I have all the messages emails to prove ! I used to always order from here before the ban now most the numbers are out of order ! They taking money and not providing the service ! I think personally the company is failing since the ban DKNT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 3 WEEKS JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK with zero vapes !!!

Contact Trading Standards

Accepted I'm not likely to get my goods from this company. No reply to email, phone call or texts. I have reported to trading standards and suggest everyone affected does too. Phone 0808 223 1133, was on the phone for only 5mins.Website still live so others will be losing anything from £200 each order. Enough to put you back on the fags again!

Avoid at all costs

Placed order almost 2weeks with next day delivery. The order update has not changed from order placed. Emailed company as well as sent WhatsApp messages but have received no reply. Top of website also stated free delivery on orders over £150 but was still charged the £7.99 delivery fee. I would avoid at all costs and will have to go via bank to get a charge back on the payment by the looks of things. Absolutely awful experience!!

Terrible service

Terrible service, ordered products in November, had to change my order and they said they would deliver straight away, 6 weeks ago, tried ringing and messaging and just kept getting fobbed off.asked for a refund but got nothing and last few weeks all messages and calls ignored.Very disapointed and they were quite happy to take my money, but didn't have any interest in sending my products or giving a refund.I have now gone through my bank to get a refund
