Fantastic online ordering and delivery experience – everything was packed carefully and arrived swiftly. While the courier costs are a bit high, they are compensated by the delightful addition of a Heck recipe book. What a pleasant surprise!
I purchased the chipolatas as I always do and was enjoying my lunch when I suddenly encountered an intense spice that felt like my mouth was on fire. I had to eat a large pot of yogurt just to alleviate it a bit! I'm puzzled about how this could happen since these sausages aren't supposed to be spicy. Honestly, it has put me off them, which is disappointing as they are usually my preferred low-calorie, high-protein option.

The food was delicious. I ordered some new products and have tried the baked bean sausages so far; they did not disappoint! I look forward to trying the others. The only issue I've had is with delivery; twice my order arrived a day late. This is acceptable in winter but not so much in summer when the ice packs have defrosted.
