Contacted by the company prompting to place another order and offering a discount code. Order placed on 1st September, paid next day delivery and 1 week later still showing as not even sent to the courier. I emailed a couple of times, sent whatsapp messages to their customer service team, called directly and text. Nothing! No replies. Based on the past few weeks of reviews on here, the company appears to be going out of business, pushing for orders, taking money and not fulfilling them. Avoid!!! I have contacted my bank to reverse the payment! Very unprofessional
