Company has stole my money and is refusing to answer any of the 3 contact numbers they have to sort it out. Paid £214 for ecigs, was told there was a shipping error, then have been completely ignored via whatsapp, email and phone line for days on end. They know exactly what they are doing, and are just stealing from money from customers, then have someone reply to this saying they will investigate when they dont. For anyone else this is happening to, contact Lloyds banking and let them know the situation citing thei, and the financial ombudsman to report fraud.
