Absolute garbage to reach out to the company line and be ignored when expressing irritation after initially receiving a response. Customer service is clearly a priority for this company. I won’t call out their employee by name but I struggle to understand why you could not just refund me and cancel my order since it hadn’t been shipped. Do better. I requested either a refund or for my vape to be delivered per the website description, which I will post below. “Same-Day Vape Shipping.
