I had to email the company to get my tracking. I order 2 Orion vapes and 2 lost vapes. Since they were their deals. I figured why not. I get them in yesterday. I tried the p.o.p. flavor thought it tasted funny. Then I get home tonight. Tested all of my vapes and all 4 were bad. None of them had any flavor. So really pissed off I probably wont get my refund on them.
I placed an order under the impression that I would receive same-day delivery, but I apparently overlooked important details. Despite reaching out multiple times with questions, I never received a response via email or phone. The information on the website doesn't assist with delivery issues or provide adequate contact options. Now that it's stated as 2-3 business days, I'll have to wait and see if my product arrives within a week.
Website advertised expedited same day delivery for customers in Knoxville. Had I known it would take 3-5 business days to receive this, I would have walked five minutes down the road. Absolute garbage to reach out to the company line and be ignored when expressing irritation after initially receiving a response. Customer service is clearly a priority for this company. I won’t call out their employee by name but I struggle to understand why you could not just refund me and cancel my order since it hadn’t been shipped. Do better. I requested either a refund or for my vape to be delivered per the website description, which I will post below. “Same-Day Vape Shipping. We understand that waiting isn't an option when you're in the mood for a vape. That's why we offer same-day vape shipping in Knoxville, TN. Place your order, and we'll have your favorite disposable vapes headed your way soon.”“Waiting isn’t an option” but ship in 1-5 business days? What a joke. I work in logistics myself and coordinate freight on a daily basis. If I ignored a client and gave a vague answer like this, I’d be fired. Absolute garbage. Thanks for nothing. I won’t even be in town when you finally deliver it. What a joke.
