Made a thorough explanation for the word and, at the end, an inaccurate statement, which was rejected as a whole answer. After calling the company, I found that they do not have quality assurance reviews. I was then referred to a page, but it was not available to me, and I was redirected back.
This company was not like that before; even 2 years ago, they had humans to communicate and negotiate.
