Fast shipping times and great shipping companies are used.I ordered 2 motors one had a squished battery cable.I contacted Varstrom via Whatsapp and got a replacement after just a few days.Sadly the new controller came without a new gasket which broke during disassembly.Contacted them about this via Whatsapp again and it was taken care of.Both motors are running.Sometimes there is a bit of delay but just message them again and there will be someone to help you.
