They identified the problem and shipped a set of spacers at no charge. Original: After purchasing a Bafang conversion kit from Varstrom and had a question. I tried every contact method available: chat on their website, WhatsApp, Facebook and the email address listed on their website (it bounced). Zero response after several days.
