It is not at all for small riders. Overall, the closest thing to a criticism one could make is on the order of documentation. There is almost nothing instructive in the supplied manual about assembly or maintenance. Only an experienced mechanic should prepare this vehicle for the road. With that in mind, I thoroughly recommend Varstrom and the New Cola Bear (where did they get that name?) 2.0. It is very much worth more than the money.
