Consequently, I canceled the order in writing within the first 24 hours. Despite my cancellation, the items were still shipped three weeks later, and they sent the wrong products, dispatched from a location in Australia. The initial written response I received regarding the cancellation was a month after the purchase, and by then, I had already received the package. The company insists that the items were sent from another location and expects me to return them there, incur taxes, and pay a restocking fee, only receiving 80% of my original payment. This company is the worst; avoid them at all costs. As of now, this issue remains unresolved, and I have escalated it to my credit card provider for a chargeback.
